ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี พ.ศ. 2521 โดยคุณประวิทย์ ปินสุวรรณบุตร ในชื่อ สี่เพชรเกษมพลาสติก ตั้งอยู่ในซอยเพชรเกษม 15  กรุงเทพฯ เริ่มผลิตและจำหน่ายถุงหูหิ้วทั่วไป  ต่อมาได้ดำเนินกิจการในรูปแบบ บริษัทฯโดยยังอยู่ในซอยเพชรเกษม 15 ในนาม บจก. สี่เพชรไฮแบ็ค  ในช่วงเวลาที่กิจการกำลังเติบโต ในปี พ.ศ. 2547  ด้วยประสบการณ์ผลิตที่มีมาอย่างยาวนาน จึงเล็งเห็นโอกาสการผลิตถุงพลาสติกเพื่อส่งออก โดยมีทวีปแอฟริกา เป็นตลาดหลัก  จนการผลิตขยาย มีการเพิ่มเครื่องจักรและกำลังคน  ฐานการผลิตเดิมในซอยเพชรเกษม 15  จึงไม่เพียงพอต่อการรองรับการผลิตที่เพิ่มขึ้น  ในปี พ.ศ. 2550 บริษัทฯ ได้ย้ายไปตั้งโรงงานผลิตในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ในชื่อ บริษัท พี.พี. แอนด์ เอส. โพลีเทรด จำกัด ดำเนินธุรกิจผลิตและจำหน่ายบรรจุภัณฑ์พลาสติก ประเภทถุงและม้วนพลาสติกเพื่อส่งออกเต็มรูปแบบมาจนถึงปัจจุบัน

Company History PP&S POLYTRADE formerly known as Si-Petch was established in 1978 by the founder Mr. Pravit Pinsuwannabutr with his passion on producing plastic bags and sold to the local market. At the beginning , the factory was located in Soi Petchgasam 15 , Bangkok. In 2004, Business has reached the opportunity in producing plastic bags for export. The product was mainly for export to Africa. Subsequently in 2007, the business growth required the enough capacity and labor in order to serve the customers’ demands. The Factory has been transferred to the new location in Samuthsakorn province and changed the name to PP&S POLYTRADE CO.,LTD. With the long time experiences and expertise in the production of plastic bags packaging we are the credibility manufacturer and exporter of the quality plastic packaging until present
